We can make a holding fixture for your project so please, just ask.
We will happily make just the holding fixture even if you do not need us to laser engrave or cut. Please ask. Generally
we use 3/4" melamine coated particle board but we can machine most materials for fixtures. |

This was to hold 10 aluminum items that were bent into a flat bottomed U-shape.
This fixture also held another item. The large hole to the right was to clear a dimple in the other part. |

This is a close up shot of the above holding fixture. The pins are hardened
steel dowels for greater accuracy. |

This was for a short run of black anodized aluminum parts. You can see a
sample part in the #3 position. The groove at the bottom was to allow finger access to remove the parts as they
were a very close fit for engraving accuracy. |

As you can see this one holds 10 items with the sample also in the #3 position. |

This is a multiple use fixture. The round holes were for a washer-like item
that had a teardrop hole in them.The large horizontal cut with radii at the end between the two sizes of washers
was for a double-sided warning sign. |
